Yes, you can. The best way to do this if you for instance stay in a Hotel is to use the Hotels address and Phone number. In Thailand the courier usually call before delivery and if you have told the reception that you expect a package they will usually collect it for you.

We have 3 methods available for paying:

Cash on Delivery (CoD) – This is when you pay upon receiving your package.

Bank Transfer – Prepay your order via bank transfer to our Thai bank account.

Electronic Invoice – We can send you an invoice that is payable with all Credit/Debit cards. Please Contact us if you wish to purchase like this.

Credit/Debit card – If you choose Kerry Express as shipping and CoD as payment you will be able to pay the courier by card when he gives you the package. Kerry Express also accept Cash, App payment (Thai Banks) and QR-payment.

* Thailand Post only accept cash upon delivery.

If you order from us before 12:00 we have the following delivery times:

Bangkok – 24 hours.

Mainland Thailand – 48 hours.

Islands – 72 hours.

Please note that on national holidays there can be delays.

Yes we have! Our shop system is synced to our stock so if (very unlikely) something is temporarily out of stock it will say so on the product and you can not purchase it.

There are 2 scenarios:

You order with CoD (Cash on Delivery) as payment.

We will prepare your order immediate and send it (weekdays). You will get a tracking number to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.

You order with Bank transfer (prepay).

We will await payment confirmation from you (please send us an E-mail once payment is done for quicker handling).

Kerry Express need a Thai phone number because they will call before delivery, please note that they only call Thai phone numbers.

If you don’t have access to a Thai phone number you can usually use your hotels, guesthouse or a friends phone number.
