With Kerry, shipping includes:

Cash on Delivery (CoD) option
Cash, debit card, credit card and QR code payment methods available when using CoD
Please note:
For CoD with Kerry Express, a 3% surcharge will be added to the total shipping cost, which will be displayed clearly to you before you complete your purchase.
Requirements:
Customers must provide a Thai phone number
Tip: If you stay at a hotel, use their address and phone number and they can receive in the reception. This is the best way for you as a tourist. Please inform the hotel staff that you are expecting a package. If its CoD you can just leave the payment to them.

Thailand’s Express Mail Service (EMS) offers:

If you choose EMS, we provide you with a tracking number that can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress on EMS Website.
Please note:
EMS deliveries will not arrive directly at hotel guestrooms. If you are residing in a hotel, please inform the front desk or concierge that you are expecting a package. And they will usually receive it for you.
